My Jump Lab (My Jump 3)
My Jump Lab is the most popular app for measuring performance in sports with more than 250,000 downloads in more than 100 countries. Used by coaches, elite athletes, physios and researchers all over the world. Scientifically validated in more than 10 international scientific studies.

My Jump Lab includes the latest versions of the most downloaded apps to measure sports performance, like My Jump 3, the new version of the popular My Jump 2 app!

Also, it includes My Lift, My ROM, Runmatic, My Mocap, ForceData, Nordics, COD Timer or Readiness, plus many more new tests. The best apps to measure sport performance now in the same place!!

My Jump Lab uses the advanced sensors of your device to measure performance in a validated and simple way, without the need of any additional accessory. For example, My Jump 3 and My Lift now include an advanced AI method that allows to measure jump performance and barbell velocity in real time just with your camera!

With My Jump Lab you can measure more than 30 tests including vertical jumps, real-time barbell velocity (VBT), 40yrd dash, runs, sprints, changes of direction or even motion capture with accuracy comparable to expensive lab equipment - scientifically proven!

TESTS INCLUDED IN THE SUBSCRIPTION:

◉ Jumping: CMJ, SJ, CMJ free arms, DJ, optimal Force-Velocity Profile, RSI-mod, horizontal jump, single leg asymmetry and 10-5 repeated jump tests.

◉ Velocity-based training: measurement of mean concentric velocity, load-velocity profiling, 1RM estimation, velocity loss and barbell trajectory tracking.

◉ Running and Sprinting: contact/flight times, leg stiffness, leg asymmetry, pronation/supination, contralateral pelvic drop, linear sprint time with splits, ALTIS Kinograms, 5-0-5, 5+5, V-Cut and Illinois COD tests.

◉ Mobility: range of motion for ankle dorsiflexion, neck flexion/extension, hip flexion and internal rotation, shoulder flexion and internal rotation.

◉ Wellness: sleep, fatigue, stress and soreness questionnaires.

◉ Hamstrings strength: Nordic hamstring breakpoint angle and torque calculation.

◉ Force-time curves: real-time raw force time curves using the accelerometer.

◉ Motion capture: real-time knee valgus and squat depth measurement using markerless motion capture.
