MoodCast is a simple but powerful mood tracking and journaling app. It has all of the tools you need to track the things that are important to you. There are opportunities for reflection and logging that make it a great way to care for yourself. With proper care you can help reduce many of the stresses that you may face everyday such as anxiety and low moods.
Caring for yourself can be difficult so let MoodCast handle a lot of the heavy lifting.

Set yourself a goal everyday. Every morning MoodCast will ask you to select a goal for your day. It doesn't matter how silly it is. It's the focus for your day and it's what should guide your actions for the day.
MoodCast is also a powerful mood tracker so feel free to add your moods as they come throughout the day. If you want, you may also track activities and add comments about how your day is going. All of this gives you a place to see your trends and provides a safe place to write down your thoughts.
At the end of the day, MoodCast will ask you to reflect on your day. Sometimes there isn't much to say and other times there is too much. Let your words flow and try to gain a better understanding of yourself.
