Introduction:
1. Block website: Just add the url you want to block, for example, example.com, no necessary add www, http or https at the prefix.
And what you need to know is that, bFocus's Website blocking feature is only works in Chrome & Safari, and you should give the Authentication to bFocus to control them before using it.
Go to System Preferences > Security & Privacy > Privacy > Automation and check the box before Chrome and Safari
2. Block App: Just select the App from the Application list
What you need to know is that, after launching Focus mode, if you open the blocked app, the app would not quit but will be hidden, because of the Sandbox Policy, the third part app has no priority to quit other apps.
