Parall creates independent app shortcuts that behave like separate apps - each with its own Dock icon, name, and configuration.
It's the first macOS app of its kind to achieve this properly and natively, without scripts or system modifications.

Each shortcut Parall creates is a small .app bundle that directly launches your selected app's executable.
You can pin shortcuts to the Dock, rename them, and assign custom icons - making them feel like independent applications.
Shortcuts automatically reflect updates from the original app, so there's nothing to maintain.

Parall itself is fully sandboxed, offline-only, and privacy-friendly.
Shortcuts created by Parall are not sandboxed or signed (by macOS design), but they are completely safe - they simply launch your existing apps without altering them.

Compatibility Notice

Not every macOS app supports being launched in multiple instances. Some apps are explicitly designed to prevent this.
If you're unsure whether your app is compatible, contact support@parall.app before purchasing - I'll personally test and confirm it for you.

System Requirements
- macOS 10.10 or newer
- Works on both Apple Silicon and Intel Macs

System and Apple provided apps (like Safari, Mail, or Notes) are not supported.
Support for additional third-party apps will continue to expand over time.
