The app can help you focus on what's important and remove work that can be handed over to someone else or postponed.
PriorityTaskPlanner helps you focus on important events, grouping tasks according to their urgency and importance, allowing you to complete your day's planning with maximum efficiency.
The PriorityTaskPlanner consists of 4 important sections by default:
1- Urgent and important
2- Important is not urgent
3- Urgency is not important
4- Not urgent, not important
The right assignment of tasks will help you complete all your tasks on time and organize your workflow easily!
Key features:
Customize your quadrant group to create a priority matrix that works best for you.
Customize the content and color of the four quadrants.
Custom tags (2 entries will be generated by default when used for the first time, which can be deleted and modified)
Each task can be associated with multiple subtasks.
Tasks in all four quadrants can be moved to other quadrants, e.g. Quadrant 1 to Quadrant 3.
Collects statistics on the number of subtasks associated with each task.
Count the number of completed tasks that have been completed.
Unfinished and completed tasks are displayed independently.
Tasks that have already been completed can be changed to incomplete.
The Xlsx format can be edited and viewed in Excel, and all to-do data and project to-do data can be exported.
You can share task information with other apps.
