The folders that come with the Mac system are all blue by default. By replacing the appearance of the folder, you can easily distinguish the folders you are looking for and improve efficiency.
For example, I set up folders in the following ways:
- Red folder - represents urgent and important content.
- Blue folder - represents non-urgent but important content.
- Orange folder - represents urgent but not important content.
- Green folder - means content that is neither urgent nor important.
- Gray folder - represents what has been completed in the past.
If you want to restore the folder style set by the original system, it is also very easy. Just check the "Recover System Folder Icon" and drag the folder in.
In addition, you can also use "picture" as the cover of the folder, which is more personalized! The picture can be zoomed with two fingers or dragged to make it easy to adjust.
