- 1.: Punch hard & consistent against a sandbag for 10 seconds - then take a break for 10 seconds.
- 2.: Punch hard & consistent against a sandbag for 20 seconds - then take a break for 20 seconds.
- 3.: Punch hard & consistent against a sandbag for 30 seconds - then take a break for 30 seconds.
- 4.: Punch hard & consistent against a sandbag for 20 seconds - then take a break for 20 seconds.
- 5.: Punch hard & consistent against a sandbag for 10 seconds - then take a break for 5 seconds.
- 6.: Punch hard & consistent against a sandbag for 5 seconds.
