• Space to toggle file selection — matches classic file manager conventions. Quick Look moved to Cmd+Y. Fully remappable in Settings > Keyboard Shortcuts
• Vim screen motions — Shift+H/M/Shift+L to jump to top/middle/bottom of visible screen
• Vim scroll commands — zz/zt/zb to center/top/bottom cursor on screen, Ctrl+E/Ctrl+Y to scroll without moving cursor
• Filter match navigation — n/N to jump between matches when quick filter is active
• Type-ahead search setting — new toggle in Settings > General to disable jump-to-file-by-typing, freeing single letter keys for commands
IMPROVED
• Selection now persists when navigating with arrow keys or vim motions — press Escape to clear
