Interlude.
Interlude uses researched methods to keep your entire body in a healthy state while using a computer. First, it ensures your eyes are rested by asking you to look away every twenty minutes. Then, after one hour, the app suggests you get up from your seat to do something. Additionally, after two hours, it recommends that you perform stretches. There, we provide eight stretches with animations and instructions that you can use to rest and reset your body. With many more features, this app makes it easy for you to stay focused on your task while staying healthy.

Some of this app's features include:

• An overlay that occurs every 20 minutes recommending you to rest your eyes
• An overlay that occurs every 60 minutes recommending you to get up
• An overlay that occurs every 120 minutes recommending you to stretch
• A stretches section where you can get instructions, and an animation on how to perform the stretches
• A customizable section where you can change the intervals to your liking
• The ability to pause the overlays by clicking the watching a movie button
• The ability to make the overlay less intrusive by enabling notification overlays
• The ability to change the color of the overlay
