A "Software Account" is normally a paid subscription. Access your passwords through the web interface as well at https://www.passwordtote.com/online/. Read more about the account types at https://www.passwordtote.com/online/details.aspx. Software clients are available for iOS, OS X, Windows and Android.
Browser add-ons are available for auto filling your website logins that are stored in Password Tote. Download them at https://www.passwordtote.com/downloads.aspx.
