How to set up a Dynamic Wallpaper
Just click the "Select as wallpaper" button and that's it!
If wallpaper not changing
1) Go to macOS Mojave System Preferences --> Desktop & Screen Saver
2) Select Desktop Pictures folder
3) Then Select Mojave Wallpaper
4) Set it to Dynamic
5) After that set wallpaper again and it should work properly
