Furthermore, you can add proofreading comments to the detected differences and export them as a DTP manuscript for re-editing or as a proofreading history in PDF format. In other words, it assists not only with PDF comparison but with proofreading tasks in general.
The operation is extremely simple, preventing overlooked changes. This improves the quality of your print-ready PDFs and distribution PDFs, reducing both your work time and costs.
The new version adds features to simplify proofreading. For example, if the detected change is within acceptable, applying the proofing result is completed with a single click. Since most corrections during proofreading are acceptable, applying results becomes faster and easier.
Furthermore, marking lines for differences now support three-level color coding (Green: OK, Red: Revise , Yellow: Check).
Additionally, a progress counter for writing proofreading results now appears in the top-right corner of the screen.
XOR operates on a subscription basis with flexible cancellation and renewal options. No USB dongle is required for copy protection. Access it anywhere—at work, home, or on business trips—using the same Apple ID, making it ideal for remote work and emergencies. A 30-day free trial is available.
