故事梗概：
尚城南家府里养在深闺的掌上明珠和浪迹红尘有通天之能的八尾猫妖，本是天差地别的两个世界，却因仲夏夜里的一声银铃脆响，从此相织相融，再难割离。
“你为什么不下来？”
“我怕吓着你呀。”
猫妖化作的少年总在的夜里攀上墙头，同你谈天说地，聊外边的趣事逸闻，让你枯燥无趣的深闺生活有了期待，却又在你以为这一切会持续下去时，不告而别，留下情窦初开的女孩，把一切深埋心底，只当儿时一场荒唐梦。
八年后的因缘宿命，花与梦的再次相逢，深闺中的少女已亭亭玉立，归来的猫妖潇洒如故，又一次在夏夜化作他人，遍赏良辰美景。烟花落后，儿时的憧憬和少时的恋慕，在少女心中酝酿出了比烟花更盛的一点灵犀：或许所谓红尘，往往就是你一直在等着的那个人。
