Welcome to Mythrel our digital and physical trading card game by Legend Games LLC! By accessing or using our game, mobile application, website, and/or the digital or physical card game, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (the "Terms of Service"). By submitting User-Generated Content to the Service, you grant Legend Games LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, fully-paid, royalty-free, sublicensable and transferable license to use, copy, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, perform, and otherwise exploit in any manner such User-Generated Content in all formats and distribution channels now known or hereafter devised (including in connection with the Service and Legend Games LLC’s business and on third-party sites and services), without further notice to or consent from you, and without the requirement of payment to you or any other person or entity.
3.2. You are solely responsible for your User-Generated Content and the consequences of posting or publishing it.
