某天，師父給了主角兩萬元現金及兩張招待卷，要主角出外歷練麻將技能，以
參加賭國至尊盃麻將大賽，一雪師父前次敗北之恥，並重振風雲麻將館的聲威。
模式簡介與說明
自由對戰：
從十六位人物裡選出自己與其他三位對手對戰。
修業模式：
從十四位人物裡選出代表自己的人物，進行劇情故事。
麻將大賽：
從十六位人物裡選出代表自己的人物進行麻將比賽。歷經初賽、資格賽、晉級賽、預賽、複賽、總決賽，前五場取前兩名晉級，最後一場以賭資最高者獲得優勝。
教學模式：
教導初學者關於台灣麻將的基本規則與知識。
各地區說明
1.麻將館
(1)回房休息：恢復體力與精神力，若身上金錢不夠，且無物品時，師父會再補足為12000元。
(2)技能鑑定：經驗值足夠後可進行鑑定升級。必須答對兩題才能升級，若答錯則升該級的經驗值會再提高，故鑑定前要先存檔。
2.遊樂場：
每次消耗一張招待卷，隨機玩下列賭博遊戲：
(1)雙龍搶珠擲骰子拿走對應點數的麻將牌組合，直到無法拿為止，計算剩餘牌點數，少者獲勝。
賠率：500元x點數差距，若剛好拿完則賠率加倍。
(2) 美女撲克：記住5～7張牌上的美女，翻中時獲勝。
賠率：第一關沒答對扣500元，過第一關0元，第二關1000元，全過關5000元
(3) 佰萬富翁：更換手中的牌到胡牌牌型，計算總萬數，多者獲勝。
賠率：雙方都胡牌時得10000元x剩餘機會數，雙方皆未胡牌得5000元，只有一方胡牌時賠總萬數差距，若總萬數較少則得10000元
3.私立中學：
打麻將，籌碼至少一萬，底/台=200/100
4.市集：
打麻將，籌碼至少兩萬，底/台=500/200
5.圖書館：
打麻將，籌碼至少三萬，底/台=500/200
6.表演台：
打麻將，籌碼至少五萬，底/台=1000/500。袁佩琪常出現地點。
7.旅館街：
打麻將，籌碼至少八萬，底/台=3000/1000
8.辦公大樓：
打麻將，籌碼至少十萬，底/台=5000/2000。蔡聖男常出現地點。
9.商店：
