Description
But demand was high. So, in 1979, the new and improved Intercity service of the German Federal Railways (Bundesbahn) was launched. From then on, the IC also had second-class carriages and ran much more frequently than before, with services every hour. “Intercity. Every hour, every class” was the Bundesbahn's advertising slogan at the time.
Even today, more than 40 years later, the Intercity is still an important part of German long-distance transport and has undergone countless modernizations over the years.
This means that the IC Mod is in no way inferior to its competitors in long-distance transport in terms of comfort.
3DZUG has recreated seven IC cars in detail for Train Simulator. On top of that, we provide the control car so that you can operate a true-to-life reversible train.
