Kuvaus
In the heart of this doomed land lies Cindersctratch, a fallen city that once discovered a way to end the corruption for good. But before they could start the ritual to bring salvation, the city itself was swallowed by the rot and death.
Now, Ashpaw must journey through the cursed realm, bearing the last ember of the Sacred Flame. Their mission: rekindle the ancient bonfires hidden throughout the land. Each flame reawakens hope, and only when all are alight will the corruption retreat—and the world be spared.
Cinderscratch is a simplistic 2d platformer with metroidvania elements and retro graphics. The player must venture into the abandoned castle of Cinderscratch and kindle all the sacred bonfires. Once all of them are lit the curse can be dispelled once and for all, but of course the castle in infested with undead and monsters blocking the way to the bonfires. Not only that, the player must face bosses, elite monsters far stronger than normal enemies, to progress on the exploration.
