Description

New BestCodex is an independent launcher that gets you onto the official Codex faster. Sign in once inside the app, and it writes the local connection config. Clicking Launch Codex then opens the official Codex app itself.

BestCodex is not the official Codex and does not modify it. It writes only the connection config it manages, takes a backup first, and can restore the pre-takeover state at any time. It does not bundle, download, modify, or inject the official Codex / ChatGPT app.

The Claude tab runs official Claude Code on your own server: a dedicated environment with a stable IP, a persistent session that keeps context if the connection drops, and two-way file sync. Secret files stay out of sync by default. Conflicts are shown side by side — nothing is overwritten for you.
