New Universal Code Transpiler is a multi-language source-to-source transpilation tool designed to convert R code into a wide range of programming languages from a single application.

The application uses a shared, matrix-based translation architecture to map R syntax, operators, functions, primitives, and common runtime behavior to corresponding constructs in each target language.
