Description

GitPanel is a fast, native Git client built with Rust, GTK4 and libadwaita.
Small binary, low memory use, no telemetry, no account, no cloud — everything
stays on your machine.

Complete everyday workflow
- Clone repositories from a URL with a built-in dialog
- Multi-repository workspace: open a folder and see every repo with live
status indicators (modified / untracked / ahead of remote)
- Commit history with search, expandable details and word-level diff
- Staging area: stage or unstage whole files, single hunks or lines, with
undo/redo (Ctrl+Z / Ctrl+Shift+Z)
- Syntax-highlighted diffs that follow your light/dark theme
- Branch graph in a separate window, exportable as a PNG
- Branch management: create, checkout, compare, delete branches and tags
- Merge, conflict handling and interactive rebase (reorder, squash, fixup,
reword, drop)
- Stash, reflog, blame, submodules, worktrees, patches and .gitignore editor
- Fetch / pull / push through the git CLI with reliable SSH support
