Description

imece lets software teams and their AI coding tools work in the same context.

imece doesn't write code. It carries your team's decisions, reasons and handoffs between agents such as Claude Code, Codex and Cursor, so each agent sees the relevant team context on its next prompt — and nobody has to re-explain the project.

• Context flows to the AI — handed-off work and related decisions enter the tool's context automatically.
• File conflict warnings — the desktop app flags overlapping branch changes before merge.
• Recorded reasoning — decisions, reasons and abandoned approaches are captured while agents work.
• Team-owned memory — records stay on each teammate's machine and sync across the team.
• For teammates without an AI tool, too — team channel, handoffs and work-status views.

imece is a desktop app with a local background service and a command-line tool that connects to your AI tools through MCP and hooks.

imece is in closed beta and free during the beta. Access is by approved request at imece.io.
