Description

New jsonquery gui is a fast, native JSON viewer and query tool. Drop in a file, paste JSON, or type a file path or web address, then ask questions of your data with jq, JSON Pointer, JSONPath or JMESPath. Results appear as they are found.

BUILT FOR REAL-WORLD DATA
• Handles large JSON files and NDJSON. Results stream in as they are produced, and a long query can be cancelled at any time.
• Big integers stay exact instead of being rounded to floating-point numbers.
• Browse the document as a searchable tree, or switch to plain text. Light and dark themes included.

FOUR QUERY LANGUAGES, ONE BOX
• jq, JSON Pointer (RFC 6901), JSONPath (RFC 9535) and JMESPath, selected from a picker on the query box.
• The query box colour-codes each step, and optional autocomplete suggests functions and the keys in your own document.
• A built-in tutorial with live results teaches all four languages. Press F1 to open it.

• Find and Find All, with regular expressions.
• Save any node, a set of results, or the whole document.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Your files never leave your computer. No account, no telemetry, no ads. The only time the app touches the network is when you type a web address to load. Free and open source under the MIT license.
