Description
OpenCode Session Editor is a Windows app for editing user input, assistant answers and Thinking saved in OpenCode. Browse sessions and messages, edit the selected text, and apply it to OpenCode after confirmation.
■ Features
• Choose a reference folder and search sessions and messages.
• Edit user input, assistant answers and Thinking in a dedicated pane.
• Review the selected content before overwriting it in OpenCode.
• Restore the app's saved pre-edit version when the required checks pass.
• Keep drafts and saved versions on your PC. Includes light and dark themes and nine interface languages.
Editing user input does not automatically regenerate later answers. You cannot edit attachments, add or delete messages, or replace an entire conversation at once. Saved restore versions are not full conversation backups. Restore is stopped when its checks fail, including when the content has changed in OpenCode.
■ Requirements and getting started
Windows 11, 64-bit (x64). Install OpenCode separately and make it available as a command. Required runtimes, including .NET, are bundled.
After installing from Microsoft Store, launch the app from the Start menu and select a project folder used with OpenCode.
Interface languages: Japanese, English, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Korean, German, French, Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese. Guides and terms are available in Japanese and English.
■ Storage and updates
Conversations and edits are handled on your PC. This app does not automatically send usage or diagnostic information. OpenCode's own communications follow its settings.
Settings, drafts and restore versions are stored in this Windows user's app data. Portable-edition data is not migrated automatically. Uninstalling or resetting the app removes this data, so keep a separate copy when needed. Microsoft Store manages updates.
■ Support
Japanese and English support covers installation, standard features and bug reports. Response times, resolution deadlines and individual session repair are not guaranteed.
