Runstead is a local Windows process supervisor built for developers, homelabbers, and power users who run background services on their PC. Point it at any executable, script, or command and Runstead will keep it alive — restarting after crashes with smart backoff so a broken process doesn't thrash your machine.
Everything runs and stays on your device. No accounts, no cloud, no telemetry. Your configuration is saved locally and your process output never leaves your PC.
Runstead lives quietly in the system tray, supervising your apps whether the window is open or not.
