Description

New Schema Forge is a local-first Windows workstation for transforming, normalizing, comparing, mapping, and converting structured-data schema artifacts without sending files to the cloud.

Work across JSON Schema drafts, OpenAPI Schema Objects, Apache Avro, supported XSD structures, and internal record descriptors through a typed canonical schema model. Rename definitions and properties, normalize references, inline or extract reusable structures, compose schemas, canonicalize output, and convert between supported schema families.

Every conversion is planned against an explicit capability model. Schema Forge identifies preserved features, normalized features, unsupported constructs, and material losses before output is written, so weaker target formats cannot silently discard important constraints.

Built-in comparison, compatibility analysis, mapping artifacts, sample validation, and reusable transformation recipes make it practical to handle both one-off schema cleanup and repeatable migration workflows. Local and same-document references are supported with bounded resolution and path-safety checks.

All processing happens on-device. Outputs are written transactionally, source artifacts remain unchanged during normal workflows, and no account, cloud service, analytics, advertising, behavioral tracking, or product telemetry is required.
