Description

Sitemoth is a desktop SEO crawler that audits your whole website from your own computer. It follows every internal link the way a search engine does and reports 190 kinds of technical issues. Each issue comes with a severity, a priority and the fix.
What Sitemoth finds:
• Sitemoth finds broken links, redirect chains, redirect loops and redirects that end on an error.
• Sitemoth flags missing, duplicate and over-length titles and meta descriptions, measured in characters and in pixels.
• Sitemoth catches canonicals that point at redirected, broken or noindex pages.
• Sitemoth checks hreflang for missing return links and invalid language codes.
• Sitemoth detects exact and near-duplicate content and thin pages.
• Sitemoth compares your XML sitemaps with the crawl and lists orphan pages.
• Sitemoth reports what JavaScript changed on a page when rendering is on.
• Sitemoth validates structured data against Google's rich result requirements.
How Sitemoth works:
Sitemoth groups the crawl into 28 tabs with filters, from Response Codes to Hreflang. Selecting a URL shows its inlinks, outlinks, headers and HTML. Sitemoth slows down on its own when a server rate-limits the crawl, so a Cloudflare block page never shows up as an SEO issue.

• Google Search Console adds clicks, impressions, position and top queries per URL.
• Google Analytics 4 adds sessions and engagement per landing page.
• PageSpeed Insights adds Core Web Vitals and Lighthouse opportunities.
• axe-core adds WCAG 2.1 accessibility violations on rendered pages.
• LanguageTool adds spelling and grammar checks.
Output:
Sitemoth exports any tab to CSV or Excel, offers 18 bulk exports, compares two crawls, generates XML sitemaps and draws link graphs.
Your data stays on your computer. Sitemoth saves each crawl as a file on your machine and needs no account. Sitemoth is free during the beta with no URL limit.
