TryDevbox
TryDevbox is the Windows app for running your local development environments in one place. Create a project from a blueprint, press Start, and get a working site with its web server, language runtime and database already wired together. Everything runs on your own computer, in its own folder, and nothing is installed system-wide.

Start from a blueprint
- Next.js, Laravel, WordPress, PHP, Node.js and static sites.
- The Laravel and Next.js blueprints can run the official installers and ask their questions inside the app.

Pick the services you need
- Web servers: nginx, Apache and Caddy.
- Runtimes: PHP and Node.js, several versions side by side.
- Databases and caches: MariaDB, PostgreSQL, MongoDB and Redis.
- Tools: phpMyAdmin, Mailpit for catching outgoing mail, Composer and WP-CLI.

Built for daily use
- Start and stop everything for a project with one button, and see each service's status at a glance.
- Every project gets its own address such as project.localhost, with local HTTPS available.
- A built-in terminal and live logs for each service.
- Isolated environments: different projects can use different PHP, Node.js and database versions without clashing.
- Updates arrive through the Microsoft Store.

Privacy
TryDevbox has no account and no tracking. Your projects and data stay on your computer, in the Devbox folder of your user profile. It connects to the internet only to download the runtimes and tools you choose.
