Description

Unlim is a peer-to-peer tunnel for Windows. It lets two or more machines reach each other directly over the internet, even when both sides sit behind home routers, mobile hotspots, or restrictive Wi-Fi. There is no server to rent, no router configuration, and no subscription.

One side starts a session and gets a short key. The other side enters that key. A brief signalling exchange runs through our coordination server so each side can learn how to reach the other, and from then on the traffic flows directly between the two machines, encrypted end to end. It is never proxied through us.

WHAT YOU CAN DO WITH IT

• Forward a port from one machine to another as though they shared a LAN
• Reach a service running at home from wherever you are
• Play LAN-style multiplayer across the internet — Minecraft Bedrock's "open to LAN" works as-is: open the world, share the key, your friend joins
• Send files directly with UnlimDrop, at the speed of the link between you rather than the speed of somebody's upload quota
• Share a terminal session with someone who needs to see what you are seeing
• Anything else that works over a local network and speaks a port

Unlim does not inspect what you run on top of the tunnel. It moves bytes between the machines you authorise, and nothing else.

HOW IT WORKS

Unlim performs NAT traversal: it discovers how each side appears from the outside and then opens a direct path between them, falling back to a direct TCP connection when UDP is blocked. The coordination server sees only short-lived signalling metadata needed to introduce the two sides. Once introduced, the machines talk to each other and nothing else is involved.

No personal information is collected. No ads. Nothing sold or shared. What you send stays between your machines.
