Description

visualised
Visualised is a small, fast tool for building apps the visual way: draw the form, set its properties, write what each button does, and press F5.

If you remember how quick it once was to make a working program by dragging a button onto a window and double-clicking it, this is that, for today's computers.

DRAW IT
Right-click the form to add buttons, text boxes, lists, check boxes, frames and menus. Drag to move, drag the handles to resize, and edit anything in the property panel. Snap to a grid, or switch it off and place things freely.

SCRIPT IT
Double-click a control to write what it does. Lua is built in and needs nothing installed. Bash and PowerShell scripts work too, so a form can be a friendly front end for the commands you already use.

RUN IT
Press F5 to try your form at once, or F6 to open it in your browser. A form is one plain text file, easy to read, share, keep in version control, or send to a friend.

IT IS MADE OF ITSELF
The designer you are using is itself a Visualised form. You can open it, see how it works, and change it.

VISUALISED COMMUNITY: FREE
Design, run, save and share forms, with no time limit and no account.

VISUALISED PRO
A one-off purchase from visualised.io, unlocked with a licence key that works offline:
- Export a form as a web page, or as a standalone app that runs without Visualised installed.
- Import Windows Forms forms from Visual Studio projects, in Visual Basic or C#. Controls, layout and menus come across, and each event handler's original code is kept beside its control for reference while you rewrite it.

GOOD TO KNOW
- Visualised is young. It has the everyday controls; pictures, grids and trees are still to come.
- Imported Visual Basic or C# code is kept as reference and does not run: you rewrite it as a script.
