FAQ:
Can PhoMo make any photo move?
- No, you must enable the motion-photo feature on your smartphone before taking the photo.
- PhoMo can view your still photos though.
Why does the motion photo display on my smartphone but not on my PC?
- Often other apps will edit/remove the photo's metadata, including the motion photo.
- Try transferring the JPG/HEIC files directly via USB cable to your PC for viewing with PhoMo.
- OneDrive also works great for transferring motion-photo files to your PC for viewing with PhoMo.
