We recommend users to get the latest Windows 11 22H2 for the native taskbar drag and drop, as well as many other cool features!

***Bringing back the good old taskbar drag and drop experience to Windows 11***

Drag and Drop Toolbar for Windows 11 is a small utility developed by V3TApps to bring back the good old taskbar drag and drop experience to Windows 11. After running Drag and Drop Toolbar for Windows 11, there will be a small toolbar attached to the top border of user's screen. User will be able to drag files to that toolbar to select target window, then drop files to the selected target window. The whole process is fast and smooth and it helps maximize productivity when cross application drag and drop is needed.

The great Windows 11 is missing the very handy taskbar drag and drop feature which allows user drag and drop files from one application to another via the system taskbar. This may affect productivity of users who frequently share files across different windows. With Drag and Drop Toolbar for Windows 11, the feature will be back with the support of a small toolbar located at the top screen border. Drag and drop files between windows will no longer be a real problem in Windows 11.
