WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THE PROGRAM?
This program aims to assist in creating midweek schedules. Simply select a date, and it will load the week's information for you. Now, you only need to make your assignments without worrying about whether the name of a part is correct or if the song number is right.
Speaking of assignments, in the Assignments tab, you can copy the student assignments that will appear there automatically as you fill in the schedule. Just click on an assignment to copy it; afterward, you can send it via WhatsApp or any other messenger.
At the end of it all, you can choose to download the schedules and assignments as PDF, PNG or TXT. It's also possible to back up your completed schedules.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
To load the data from the workbook on the date you selected, a web page is opened in the background that finds the week you want. Then, with the workbook page open, instead of you giving commands to copy and paste the name of each part or memorize the song number, the program automatically collects this information and creates a new schedule based on it.
