With Gyroscope One, you can track everything in one place: your food, fasting, mood, meditation, exercise, travel, sleep, glucose, productivity, and thousands of devices like Apple Watch, wifi scales, glucose monitors, blood pressure cuffs, and more. Even if you don’t have any devices, the app can measure essentials like mood, calories, protein, travels, sleep, food and more!

Gyroscope requires an account to sync and view your data, completely private & secure! You can access dashboards in the app and website, and ensure your data is never lost, even if you reinstall the app or get a new iPhone.
Your data will NEVER be sold, and is ONLY used for your benefit. We also show no ads. We only make money through the monthly subscriptions, so your upgrade helps to ensure complete privacy.
Your data is completely private by default, but you have the option to add friends or make your profile public if you want to share. You can also delete your entire account at gyrosco.pe/delete

Gyroscope One is an auto-renewing subscription, billed with a simple membership that costs just about $1 a day.
Subscribe and pay through your iTunes account. Monthly subscriptions automatically renew monthly through your iTunes account. Auto-renew may be turned off in your iTunes Account Settings after purchase. Cancellation of the current active subscription period is not allowed. When you cancel the auto-renewal, access to the app features will expire at the end of the current payment period, and remaining trial is forfeit. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before end of current period. Account renewal will be charged within 24-hours prior to end of current period.

- In this version, we’re continuing to make the app easier to use and smarter than ever!
• The AI coaches are even more capable, now with updated tools and skills to better review your data. Now both you and your coach can review your graphs together to see how things are going.
• The morning routine has been streamlined to be easier to find and easier to do. It now includes daily bonus tokens as part of yesterday’s performance review. Each morning, you can review how you did yesterday and see which targets you were able to achieve for daily feedback and extra motivation.
• Improved notifications list to easily review your recent notifications, and see your next action to do. It should load much faster now and be more coordinated with your coaching plan, letting you know when there is a new action to do but just showing a simple checkmark when you are caught up.
• In the Add menu, you now see your status for targets in each section. This makes it faster to see at a glance how you’re doing for the day. This now includes a reminder to weigh in, as well as faster access to your workout plan for strength training.
• Image processing has been upgraded to greater intelligence, for features like menu scanning, shopping, cooking, data entry and more to be much more accurate and powerful than ever before. This improves processing of meals, but also a lot more that can be captured and analyzed through food camera or in-app chat. Give it a try the next time you go to a restaurant or are out shopping.
• Your training plan is more customizable and tailored, now a brand new strength training system.
• The meditations have been updated to include light/dark mode, and a new set of customizations. You can also easily repeat your favorite meditations now, for an instant meditation with no waiting of processing. Or start a new custom meditation, made from scratch for your exact current needs.
• The coach tab has been improved with new graphics, making it easy to jump back to chat, start a checkin and see what your coach is saying. Now you can also tap on your current focus to quickly jump in and see how you’re doing on your main objective. Consultations with your coach have been streamlined to be faster and more intelligent, providing an in-depth review and even more tailored plan. Everyone is unique, and now you can set up the app exactly how you want it.
• Spring is here, as the weather gets warmer. In the Trends tab, the activity section now includes a dozen new trends and metrics including sunrise time, weather, humidity, rainy days, walking time, UV index and other factors that relate to your overall activity and fitness levels. All these trends are automatically enabled for everyone who has Places tracking active.
