Mediolanum
Operate your account and check your investments directly from your smartphone with the Mediolanum mobile banking app.

View all the products you own, rearrange the icons on the home page according to your preferences by dragging the icons.

Customize the quick access area by selecting the three functions you use most frequently.

On enabled terminals, you can use your fingerprint to access the app and authorize payments.

The service is completely free and accessible to all Banca Mediolanum account holders.

Banca Mediolanum does not store information about your location.

To report anomalies, write to mobilelab@mediolanum.it, indicating your customer code and the details of the problem encountered (error messages, crashes, etc.).

Banca Mediolanum guarantees its customers a high standard of security for its banking and financial services.

In the interest of the customer, therefore, Banca Mediolanum inhibits access to its app via devices equipped with altered or tampered software or operating systems, in any form and manner (e.g. through a procedure aimed at altering the root permissions).

To prevent the risk of any fraudulent or illicit behavior, the Bank performs an analysis of the data collected by the APP on the mobile device used, also in relation to the use of other Apps present on the same device on which the Mediolanum App was downloaded in addition to information on your location and the use of other databases and services made available by suppliers of the Bank, who operate as Data Processors. This analysis activity involves this data being processed using automatic decision-making tools to allow a more effective assessment of the risk of being the victim of fraud. This is done exclusively for the purpose of efficiently minimizing this risk. This activity, which involves the evaluation of specific aspects related to the use of the apps via the mobile device used to enjoy the services provided, gives rise to a processing that Banca Mediolanum carries out to fulfill specific obligations provided for by European Union law and current Italian regulations aimed at ensuring the prevention, investigation, identification and repression of cases of fraud. The need to fulfill these obligations, which the Bank is required to comply with under current legislation, constitutes the legal basis that legitimises this processing.
