Exploring Emotions : The Zones is an SEL app that helps learners build emotional awareness, self-regulation skills, and coping strategies through interactive scenarios grounded in The Zones of Regulation® framework.

Built on the same principles as The Zones of Regulation Digital Curriculum (not included), the app gives learners a structured way to recognize emotions, understand triggers, and practice strategies for self-management. When used alongside the Zones Digital Curriculum, learners have an opportunity to practice, strengthen, and generalize regulation skills.

Players navigate common school and social situations: a classroom, cafeteria, and park, learning to identify their Zones, reflect on goals, and explore regulation tools that support daily functioning.
