Kuvaus
It has improved timer flow that can help you develop the habit of maintaining focus from the beginning to the end of the time interval.
It is very simple. When you turn on the timer and keep focused till the end of the pomodoro - you get rewarded with a nice red Pomodoro.
In other cases, when you get distracted or stop focusing early - you get a green Pomodoro.
Overall it features:
- tracking a focused activity separately from distracted;
- tracking individual contexts that important for you;
- weekly and monthly statistics for analysis;
All that can help you to develop the following habits to fight procrastination.
- be focused in a context from the beginning to the end of the Pomodoro. Instead of focusing on just turning it on;
- to work on efficiency by striving to increase the number of red tomatoes with respect to green ones;
- be aware of the actual distribution of your time within the important contexts of yours;
