Know Your Lemons - Self Exam
Know Your Lemons is the world’s leading app designed to improve early detection of breast cancer. It supports users with guided breast self-exams, monthly reminders timed to their breast cycle, risk assessments, personalized screening plans, and clear education on risk factors, signs, and symptoms. The app also helps users prepare for mammograms and navigate next steps when something feels wrong, reducing confusion, fear, and delays in care.

Built using inclusive, visually engaging design, Know Your Lemons makes breast health education accessible across ages, cultures, and health literacy levels. It is the world’s first app created specifically to improve early detection of breast cancer and the only period-related health app ever nominated for a Webby Award, winning Best Health and Fitness App in 2025.

Beyond individual use, Know Your Lemons also offers an optional workplace benefit through Know Your Lemons at Work. Employers can provide employees and their dependents with access to personalized risk assessment, screening navigation, symptom education, and diagnosis support through the same trusted app. This benefit is designed to be easy to launch, inclusive, and scalable, helping employers support early detection at no additional cost when funded through insurer health promotion budgets.
