Kuvaus
Por cada reto que completes, recibirás puntos canjeables por fabulosos premios como uniformes, exhibiciones premium, órdenes de compra hasta electrodomésticos.
Tendrás un amplio catálogo de premios a disposición.
Así es cómo empiezas a acumular:
- Primero, descarga la aplicación en tu teléfono celular.
- Activa las notificaciones para que estés 100% informado de las novedades que tenemos para ti.
- Regístrate como Usuario con un correo electrónico o número de teléfono.
¿Cómo funciona esta aplicación?
Por retos, entre mayor acumulaciones de puntos en retos, más atractivos premios canjearás.
Para acumular:
- En la opción “Acumular” reporta las compras que realices, únicamente tomando foto parcial de la factura, en donde aparezca la descripción del producto y cantidades.
- Como parte de nuestras buenas prácticas te pedimos tomar foto de la factura omitiendo la sección de precios e información de otros productos, a fin de mantener una competencia sana y leal.
- La acreditación de puntos no es inmediata, debes esperar a la revisión de nuestro equipo interno tras lo cual recibirás la notificación de acreditación.
Para canjear:
- Puedes canjear los premios cuando hayas logrado alcanzar el monto meta de puntos del reto seleccionado, accediendo a esta opción en el menú principal, seleccionando el premio deseado, el cual será entregado en la dirección que hayas indicado en tu perfil, en el tiempo señalado en la notificación que recibirás posteriormente.
La aplicación Retos Bticino cuenta con 4 secciones principales:
- Menú de Inicio, donde podrás visualizar tus retos, acumular y canjear.
- Novedades: con las noticias y promociones que traemos para ti. Tienen validez específica, por ello es importante no te los pierdas.
- Catálogo: donde podrás conocer nuestras más recientes productos y servicios.
- Otros: donde tendrás acceso a notificaciones, solicitudes de acumulación, canje, edición de perfil, información acerca de nosotros, entre otros.
