Open the period calendar, tap the start or end date, and your next period is shown on the calendar.
It is a period journal for the basics done well: no ads, no articles, no forums, no fluff.

Simpluna is an app for recording and predicting your period days.
When you launch the app, a calendar appears so you can check your next predicted period and past periods at a glance. By cutting unnecessary features and keeping things as simple as possible, we make sure the app does not get in the way of your daily life.

▶ Easy recording
To record your period, just tap a date on the calendar and press the start or end button. It is intuitive, so there is nothing new to learn.

▶ Notes on each day
If there is anything you want to keep track of, such as how you feel or your physical condition, you can leave it as a note.

▶ Notification before the predicted date
You can receive a notification as your next predicted period approaches. You can specify how many days in advance and at what time you want to be notified.

▶ Register up to 1 year of past data
If you have past period records, you can register them. The available range goes back up to 1 year from when you started using the app. (With Simpluna Plus, you can register up to 10 years.)

▶ Forecast calendar up to 1 year ahead
The forecast calendar lets you look up to 1 year into the future. You can also save future plans as notes and view them together with the predictions.

▶ List of past periods
You can review your past periods as a list.

▶ Data backup
By signing in to your account, you can back up your data. This gives you peace of mind when switching devices or if you accidentally delete the app.

▶ App lock
You can lock the app with a 4-digit passcode if you do not want others to see it. Face ID is also supported.

▶ Dark mode support
The UI colors automatically switch to match light or dark mode.

▶ Works offline
You can keep using the app even when offline or with a poor signal.

You can predict and manage your ovulation day. The window around the ovulation day is shown, and you can also receive a notification before it.

▶ Prediction summary
Information such as your current cycle day, next predicted period, and predicted ovulation day can be displayed as text on the home screen.

▶ Customizable input fields
You can freely customize the input fields. Add items that matter to you, such as symptoms, flow level, body temperature, or medication. Days with input can also be marked on the calendar.

▶ Customizable notifications
You can freely change the timing and message of notifications.

▶ Pill reminder
A notification at a set time each day helps you avoid missing your pill. You can specify both the active and break periods, and the message can be customized.

You can register data going back up to 10 years from the day you started using the app.
