Here are some of our built in features:
1. Use our counter to track your progress down to the second.
2. Use our community to post motivation about what you are going through, and see what others are currently going through.
3. Create your own reasons to quit your addictions, or use one of our scientifically based facts about quitting.
4. Change the look and feel of the app with our skins section to personalize the app to what you want.
5. Add reasons why you would like to see yourself succeed and stop your addiction.
6. Our special panic button will help you send a text to a friend that may be able to help you and be an accountability partner.
7. Our badge system allows you to be rewarded for your success.
8. Our distractions section will help you take your mind off of your addiction and introduce you to something more positive and soothing.
9. Our motivational quotes and testimonials will ensure that you are not alone on this process to shake your addiction.
10. Select MULTIPLE addictions and toggle between your addictions. This can help with tracking many different substance and psychological addictions. Also add your own addictions if we don’t have it pre-programmed.
We have over 16 pre-programmed addictions to choose from, including Porn, Alcohol, Marijuana, Cocaine, Heroin, Food, Drugs, Bulimia, Anorexia, Caffeine, Gambling, Sex, Shopping, Meth, Cigarettes, Vaping, and more..
All of our pre-programmed addictions come with scientific reasons to quit, and why those particular addictions may affect you. Users also have the ability to add their own addiction if we don’t have it built in.
Our community feature will help you give and receive motivation from others that are currently struggling or have been where you have been before. Many people around the world have gone through addictions, and come out of them a better person. Take it from them, you can overcome your addiction. If you are seeing results, you can share your motivation with the community, or just reach out to people if you are struggling.
All Addictions works by giving you data, visualization features, distractions, and community to keep you moving in the right direction. You can track your progress down to the second from the last time you abused your addiction. You will enjoy the simplicity yet powerful tools that All Addictions offers. Our distraction images are also a great way to be visually distracted by soothing images.
You also have the ability to lock up your progress. Addictions can be a sensitive subject to some. And if you aren’t at the place in your life that you are ready to share this with anyone, our locking features will allow only YOU to open the app and check on your addiction progress.
