Populate your preferences with an existing lifestyle, our dietitian team’s recommendations, or customize your own for a hyper-personalized nutritional profile.

Once your preferences are set, take a photo of a menu, scan a barcode, or search for an ingredient, product, or dish to see whether certain foods adhere to your individualized nutritional preferences and receive personalized and evidence-based recommendations across 1M+ recipes, food products, and restaurant dishes.

Search through our database of dishes to find meals and recipes that work with your lifestyle
Search through our database of ingredients to find the food items that best match your preferences
Scan a product barcode a learn if it matches your lifestyle and find other similar products that do match
Take a photo of a menu and Heali will tell you what foods are a good match for your lifestyle
Find healthier alternatives for your favorite dishes, products, and ingredients and learn what substitutions to make to make recipes fit your requirements
