Jais is an Arabic first AI system built on the new Jais 2 large language model.
Designed from the ground up with Arabic language and culture at its core, Jais speaks the way people really use the language, across Gulf, Levantine, Egyptian and Modern Standard Arabic. It listens carefully, understands context, and responds in a way that feels natural, familiar and culturally grounded.

Jais was trained on the largest Arabic first dataset ever assembled, alongside extensive high-quality English data. This gives the system stronger reasoning, richer fluency, and a seamless ability to move between Arabic and English when you need it.
