Trailwinds: Walk RPG
Trailwinds is an innovative step-based RPG that transforms real-life physical activity into progress inside a fantasy world. The game uses step count data and exercise sessions to create a dynamic and immersive gameplay experience.

In addition to tracking steps recorded by the device, Trailwinds allows players to sync exercise sessions (such as walks or runs recorded by smartwatches or fitness apps connected via Health Connect). These exercise sessions are essential to accurately determine when an activity starts and ends, ensuring that real workouts are properly converted into in-game rewards, experience points, and progression.

Every step taken in the real world advances your journey in Trailwinds, allowing you to explore enchanted cities, mysterious villages, and dangerous dungeons filled with challenges. By synchronizing external exercise sessions, activities performed outside the app can also contribute to character progression, providing a fair and complete experience for users who track their physical activity with external devices.

Competition takes place through global leaderboards, where players can compare their performance with others. Whether accumulating steps, winning battles, or completing objectives, your achievements bring you closer to the top, encouraging consistency and personal improvement.

With over 50 points of interest, including fishing spots, mining areas, and special events, Trailwinds combines accessibility with depth. Whether you are walking around your neighborhood, running outdoors, or exploring trails, every physical activity helps you battle epic monsters, discover valuable treasures, and unlock new areas of the game world.

Trailwinds uses step data and exercise sessions exclusively for gameplay purposes, processed locally on the device and never shared with third parties. Exercise synchronization is optional but required to properly integrate real-world physical activities into the game’s progression system.
