3. Rally system optimizations:
3.1 The post‑battle wait time for fleets that automatically join a rally has been significantly reduced.
3.2 Adjusted default rally timers: removed the 15-minute option and added a 3-minute option.
3.3 Increased the number of Tribute Vessels available in Lvl 8 and 9 star systems.
4. Adjusted the Prince's Commendation rules: only the officially appointed Trader Prince can now grant Prince's Commendations.
5. Optimized the item descriptions for Legendary Champion Fragments.
6. Optimized the Champion Weapon drawing feature and improved the display of weapon fragment information.
7. Fixed display issues with certain UI visual assets.
8. Fixed the issue where cargo ships would appear offset.
