SoFree helps you feel steadier fast with therapist-informed immersive bilateral stimulation (iBLS). It is a left-right rhythm using audio, visuals, and haptics that helps reduce stress and reset your nervous system. You do not have to believe in it for it to work. Simply start a two-minute session when stress spikes or when you want to feel more grounded.
What is Bilateral Stimulation?
BLS is a steady left to right pattern through sound, light, or taps that engages both sides of the brain in a balanced way. It has been used for decades as part of EMDR therapy, originating in 1987, and adapted here for everyday stress relief. With SoFree, you get precise left to right audio, visual, and haptic guidance designed for real life.
