Scan and import
Scan with the camera, add photos or import PDFs, many at once. Title, amount and date are recognized automatically.
Find anything
Search recognized document text using search terms of at least three characters. Hits are highlighted right inside the document. Folders, labels and categories keep everything sorted.
Never miss a deadline
papry reminds you in time before warranties, contracts and IDs expire. Using the expiration date and the notice period you have saved, papry calculates the last day to cancel.
Smart Fill
With Apple Intelligence, papry fills in title, document type, amount and dates directly on your device. Smart Fill processing takes place entirely on your device. Requires iOS 26 or iPadOS 26 and a compatible device with Apple Intelligence enabled.
Your documents stay yours
Back up your library manually with iCloud backups. Export writes all your documents as files to a folder of your choice. And several documents can be sent together by Mail, AirDrop or to other apps.
