Create your own training plans for each day. Add exercises, sets, weights, and reps. The app remembers your settings and pre-fills them for your next workout.
STATS AND PROGRESS
Track weekly progress, training volume, and strength goals. A clear calendar shows when you trained and how you're keeping up with your plan.
VIRTUAL COACH (AI)
Generate a training plan based on your goals, equipment, and available time. The AI coach analyzes your training volume and alerts you to overtraining, muscle imbalances, or the need for a deload week.
ACTIVITIES
Log cardio activities too — cycling, hiking, running, or swimming. The app estimates calories burned based on your weight and duration.
SMART NOTES
Add a note to an exercise ("reduced weight after illness") and the app will show it as a reminder during your next workout.
PRIVATE
Your data belongs to you. No ads, no third-party sharing. Data is securely stored in Firebase.
PWA + OFFLINE
Works without internet. Install MW28 directly from your browser or via Google Play.
