- Choose range: 7d, 15d, 30d, 90d, all-time, or custom.
- Scrub charts day by day for detail.
- Use the timeline strip to see when tags and feelings appeared.
Example: "Do calm days score higher?" or "Do late-screen days score lower?"

Optional entry-time reminders can nudge start/end moments when you enable them.
