Aftr:Cusp is the post-operative care companion provided by your dental clinic. It helps you recover smoothly after extractions, implants, orthodontic procedures, periodontal treatments, and other dental work — with personalized instructions, medication reminders, and direct communication with your dental office.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Get procedure-specific recovery instructions, written by your dental team
• Receive timely medication reminders so you never miss a dose
• Log symptoms with photos and severity, and notify your clinic if something feels off
• See upcoming appointments, reschedule when life happens, and request follow-ups
• Track your recovery progress day-by-day with check-ins
• Stay in the loop with secure push notifications from your clinic

HOW IT WORKS

Aftr:Cusp is provided to you by your dental practice — you don't sign up directly. After your visit, your clinic issues you a unique patient ID and a 4-digit PIN. Log in once, and you're set.
