- Turn your iPad into a more capable remote workstation.
Teletype now feels at home with a physical keyboard, trackpad, and iPadOS windowing. Resize app windows, open connections in separate windows, use desktop-style menus and shortcuts, drag to select, hold keys to repeat, and move naturally between SSH, SFTP, RDP, VNC, and Mac screen sharing.
Remote desktop sessions are faster and more dependable. This update strengthens VNC and Apple Remote Desktop compatibility, improves scrolling and pointer input, automatically reconnects interrupted sessions when you return to Teletype, and fixes clipboard and framebuffer errors that could freeze or disconnect active desktops.
SFTP also gains quicker menu actions for opening, refreshing, and creating folders.
